Maria Cristina Carlini

Maria Cristina Carlini is a multifaceted artist who expresses herself through the use of different materials such as stoneware, iron, sheet metal, corten steel, resin, paper and reclaimed wood to create works ranging from sculptures – monumental, large and small – to installations, paper and collages. Her artistic career includes solo and group exhibitions in numerous national and international public and private venues; monumental works are present on three continents: Europe, America and Asia.
A transversal art that, on several occasions, has created a profound dialogue with dance, theatre, music and performance. Maria Cristina Carlini has held meetings and lectures and has received honours, prizes, awards; important critics have written about her and her works.
