Nuova Galleria Morone presents Ancora l’alba (“Still the Dawn”), the first solo exhibition in Italy by Argentine artist Madelaine Gamondés. This multidisciplinary project weaves together textile art and sound composition to explore the multiplicity of being. After the darkest night, the dawn still rises. Following the death of her father, Madelaine Gamondés constructs a symbolic universe centered on the figure of the benteveo, a South American bird that, within the artist’s family history, has always represented her father's presence.
